Overcomers' History
Overomers Histrory
God called Pastor Benny to shepherd a multi-cultural, multi-racial group of believers whose identity would be taken directly from 1 John 5:4. Overcomers Christian Fellowship. Inc. officially held its first Sunday meeting in the Pastor’s living room on South Hairston Road in the second week of May 1997.
Two adults and three children were in attendance. Since that date, we have seen God perform miracles in the lives of men, women, and children through the teaching of God’s Word. From that tiny seed sown in 1997, OCF grew until the Pastor’s living room couldn’t contain the members.
In March 1998, the church moved to 813 Main Street in Stone Mountain, Georgia. The Lord has been so faithful to us and has added immensely to our numbers. We are constantly growing by leaps and bounds.
Through the leadership and vision of Pastor Benny and his wife, Carol Momoh, the Lord has graciously blessed us with a 12.75-acre property at 7373 Covington Hwy in Lithonia, Georgia. Come worship with us. You will be richly blessed.
